Questions about pricing

What does each plan include?
The Small plan for 10-50 employees includes AI-powered therapist matching, Nuru, full platform access, quarterly anonymised insights and email support. The Medium plan for 51-150 employees adds monthly analytics, programme setup, quarterly strategic reviews, priority support and HR training. The Large plan offers custom pricing and adds tailored AI recommendations, actionable monthly insights, webinars or workshops, a dedicated account manager and custom integrations or API access.
Is pricing per employee or per session?
The core Mindscape platform is priced per employee per month, starting at KES 1,000 for Small and Medium plans, while Large plans use custom pricing. One-to-one therapy sessions are priced separately per session unless a tailored proposal includes a session allowance. Workshops, training and custom AI features have separate pricing.
Are therapy sessions included?
The plan fee includes platform access and AI-powered therapist matching, but one-to-one therapy sessions are currently listed as an additional service at KES 1,500-6,000 per session. Mindscape can also prepare a tailored proposal with the session structure that suits your organisation.
Are there setup fees?
The published plans do not list a separate fee for standard onboarding. Any costs for custom integrations, API work, tailored Nuru features or additional implementation requirements will be scoped and shown in the proposal before launch.
Can we customise a plan?
Yes. Mindscape can customise the therapist network, reporting, HR training, workshops, AI features, integrations and session structure around your organisation's needs. Book a demo to receive a tailored scope and quote.
What happens when our team grows?
Mindscape can move your organisation to the plan that matches its new headcount and support needs without requiring employees to start again. The timing of any pricing adjustment and the applicable employee band will be confirmed in your agreement.
How does billing work?
The core platform fee is calculated using the agreed employee count and billing schedule. Therapy sessions and optional services are itemised separately unless they are bundled into a custom proposal. Employers receive centralised billing and utilisation reporting without personal health information, and exact payment terms are set out in the service agreement.

Yes. Book a demo or email hello@mindscapehealth.org with your team size, locations and support needs. Mindscape will recommend a plan and prepare a proposal covering platform access, therapy sessions, implementation, optional services and billing terms.
